Terms and Conditions - Private Tantra Sessions, Workshops Retreats and Internationally Certified Tantra Level 1 & 2 and Privacy Policy

DEFINITIONS

  • "Booking Fee" refers to the total amount payable for a Session, Workshop, Training, or Retreat.

  • "Deposit" means a non-refundable payment required to secure your booking for any Session, Workshop, Training, or Retreat.

  • "Instructor" refers to the Tantra Instructor leading the Session, Workshop, Training, or Retreat.

  • "Notice" means written notice sent to Sanctuary of Self at connect@sanctuaryofself.love, deemed received 12 business hours after being sent.

  • "Retreat" refers to a course offered by Sanctuary of Self, teaching the art of Tantra, including private sessions, workshops, and accredited trainings held on-site or at external locations.

  • "Sanctuary of Self" refers to Sanctuary of Self and its instructors, teachers, agents, and representatives.

  • "Session" includes Retreats, Workshops, Trainings, Private Sessions, Group Sessions, or any similar session.

  • "You" refers to the participant of Sanctuary of Self or any person enrolled in a Retreat, Private Session, Workshop, or Training who is bound by these terms.

  • "Workshop" means a group session that mirrors private sessions in a collective learning environment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETREAT, PRIVATE SESSIONS, WORKSHOPS, AND TRAININGS

  1. Full payment is required before a Private Session is confirmed.

  2. The balance of any Booking Fee must be received no later than seven (7) days before the Session starts. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of both your booking and payment.

  3. A minimum of five people is required for a Tantra Training to proceed. Sanctuary of Self reserves the right to cancel any Retreat, Workshop, or Training if the minimum attendance is not met.

  4. If you book a Retreat, Workshop, or Training and it is already at full capacity, Sanctuary of Self will offer you a full refund or an alternative session of equal value.

  5. The maximum number of couples per Retreat or Workshop is twenty-five (25). Once full, Sanctuary of Self will update the booking status accordingly.

  6. Sanctuary of Self reserves the right to change any advertised guest speakers. No refunds or discounts will be provided if a guest speaker changes.

  7. Each person attending a Training will receive a take-home Tantra Gift Bag.

  8. Any deposit made is strictly non-refundable. If you choose not to attend a Workshop, Training, or Retreat for any reason, you remain liable for all course fees.

  9. Sanctuary of Self may change the location of any Workshop, Training, or Retreat due to class sizes or other logistical needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Cancellation by Sanctuary of Self:

  • If a Session is canceled by Sanctuary of Self, you will receive a full refund.

  • If a Workshop, Retreat, or Training is postponed due to natural disasters, acts of God, or circumstances beyond Sanctuary of Self’s control, your non-refundable deposit and payment will be credited toward a future event. No refunds will be issued.

3.2 Cancellation by You:

  • A minimum of seven (7) days’ Notice is required to cancel a Private Session and apply the payment as a credit for future sessions.

  • A minimum of twenty-eight (28) days’ Notice is required to cancel a Workshop, Retreat, or Training.

  • If less than twenty-eight (28) days’ Notice is given, any deposit or payment made is forfeited.

PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY

If a Retreat is canceled due to COVID-19 or another declared pandemic and associated restrictions, the following conditions apply:

  1. If Sanctuary of Self cancels a Retreat, no refunds will be provided. Instead, a full credit will be issued.

  2. If you cannot attend due to pandemic-related restrictions but the Retreat is still proceeding, no refund will be given. However, a credit may be issued at Sanctuary of Self’s discretion.

  3. Credits can be applied toward future Retreats and will be valid for two (2) years.

  4. If the new Retreat incurs increased costs, you will not be charged extra unless you select a higher-value program.

  5. If you are unable to attend any alternative Retreat dates offered, your credit can be used for other trainings or retreats within Australia.

  6. Sanctuary of Self will not be liable for any personal losses, including flights or other costs incurred due to a Retreat being postponed or canceled.

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Sanctuary of Self is committed to providing a professional and confidential Tantra Retreat. Your privacy is paramount. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.

  2. Sanctuary of Self may collect your name, address, phone number, and email to communicate with you about our services.

  3. We will only market to you if you provide express permission, which you may withdraw at any time.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By attending a Session with Sanctuary of Self, you agree that:

  1. Sanctuary of Self is a place of learning; no sexual intercourse or sexual gratification is permitted within its premises.

  2. Workshops, Trainings, and Retreats integrate both theoretical and practical aspects of Tantra.

  3. Sessions are for holistic and personal development purposes only.

  4. Some Sessions and Trainings may involve tantric touch, partial nudity, and skin contact, including breast massage. If unsure, you must inquire before the session begins.

  5. Once a Session has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

  6. Instructors have the discretion to discontinue a Session based on compatibility, personal reasons, or health concerns.

  7. A Session, Workshop, Training, or Retreat may be terminated if a participant's presence disrupts the holistic experience.

  8. If your participation is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund and must return any Sanctuary of Self property.

  9. If a Session is terminated due to incompatibility with an Instructor, you may be offered an alternative Session at the Instructor’s discretion.

  10. Instructors have the discretion to allow or deny return attendance.

  11. No guarantee is made that a specific Instructor will lead future Sessions.

  12. Participants must respect the privacy of other attendees and Instructors.

Privacy Commitment:
Sanctuary of Self ensures all personal information is securely stored and will never be shared with third parties unless required by law. We use your information solely to identify your orders, provide updates, and personalise your experience.

By booking and attending a Session, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
