Jen Hamilton
Jen is the creator, visionary, and head coach of Sanctuary of Self, dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey of self-mastery and liberation. With a passion for transformation, Jen combines her expertise in hypnotherapy, life coaching, Tantra, and spiritual awakening to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves. A self-confessed cacao addict, she brings soulful energy and compassionate leadership to every step of the awakening process.
Jen started her journey in the spiritual and personal development space in 2006 when she went for her first psychic reading and then fell in love with all things mystical, metaphysical and spiritual. Embarking on a lifelong journey of learning and teaching, Jen started learning psychic development, specialising in clairvoyance and claircognizance, and went on to study energy and healing techniques including ThetaHealing, Reiki, Melchizedek Method which then lead to pursuing her passion of understanding the mind through clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, NLP Masters, Past Life Regression Therapy and most recently became a qualified Tantra practitioner. As an avid writer, Jen co-authored a book in 2024, ‘Wild Eros - The Power of Pleasure’ and writes a monthly article for Brainz Magazine.
Jen has supported hundreds of clients around the world through coaching, mentoring, women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, online programs and through her 2 podcast, enLIFEned, and Intuition and Orgasms with her co-host Greg Riley - winner of Channel 7’s ‘The One - Most Gifted Psychic’.
Jen is passionate about showing others how to create a sanctuary within themselves and supporting them to explore the inner workings of themselves, creating a life of purpose, passion, soulful relationships and living an incredible life. She is unwavering in her dedication to sharing all that she’s learnt in her journey and is a channel of wisdom received through higher guidance, plant medicine journeys and her strong intuition.
